My son attended a birthday party at wannabee’s on Saturday 8th Aug and I just wanted to say thank you to the staff. My son has high food intolerances and after speaking firstly with Courtney on the reception desk and then the Manager, Nicole who were both so thorough and thoughtful in accommodating his needs. For the first time I had forgotten to pack food for him so their care was so very much appreciated. I have never experienced that level of care from any other activity centre so just wanted to say thank you and please if you could pass my thanks into the staff.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I took my 2 little ones this Sunday as it was raining and not much to do elsewhere. We were told to pay and get in, no further information, no instructions, nothing. We got it and then my little 2 and 4 y/o went to one room and got told literally to “GET OUT” as they were not part of the bday party by one of their heartless staff members. I was in complete shock so didnt say anything and moved along to the next room and tried to explain things to the kids myself then I was told to look at the boards of each room as they are the times to follow if you are not part of the birthday party, so we did and every time it was time as per the board the staff kept saying they were running late with the bday party and so nobody could go in yet. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the staff take one kid outside the room IN TEARS and the woman telling her dont cry and go look for your mum, you cant come in, you are not part of the bday party! then she left that girl probably 5 y/o crying outside the door. I am never going back and for ever providing bad reviews because I dont believe that any kid deserve to be treated that way!

Just spent the whole morning here and I could not get my kids to leave, so we ended up staying for lunch. Wannabees is very different to other playcentres. Yes there is soft play equipment for toddlers and older kids. But there is also a whole mini town for the kids to explore. My 2 year old loved the post office and cafe. My 4yr had a great time in the supermarket, being a fireman (with a real water hose!), and being on TV in the TV station. Oh they both worked out at the Gym and pretended to be Doctors at the hospital.

There are some lovely Wannabees ladies who help to entertain the kids – with some dance routines, some races for the Olympics, a fashion show and then more dancing. Not heard the chicken song in ages!

Yes it is a bit more expensive than other play centres – but then there are no other play centres like it.

What a fantastic place!!! It is not a playland any more is even more. It is trully different and a new option of entrertainment, it is so fun for the whole family, kids are learning so many things Whilst playing, keeping them quite active at the same time. Role play, dress ups, dancing….
For parents a great coffee , wi-fi, great menu and relax cafe.

Just tried out this new centre last Friday – wow compared to the old Clown Town they have cleaned it all up, added some nice features but kept the great climbing area.

It was free so I did not mind that there is still some work going on. Looking forward to seeing what it will look like when finished.
