    DARLING QUARTER OPENS UP TO A NEW MARKET PLACE

    This November, Sydney’s cultural precinct Darling Quarter and aMBUSH Gallery will launch OPEN UP – a brand new and expertly curated pop-up market place created specifically for the nurturing of local artists and designers with big ideas.

    Located in Darling Quarter’s Civic Connector and comprising six market stalls created from converted shipping containers, the first OPEN UP activation presents KIDS’ URBAN DESIGN, which will take place on each of the last two weekends of November, from Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 and Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 November, 11am to 7pm daily.

    The KIDS’ OPEN UP activation will feature twelve handpicked Australian kids’ design brands, who will present their unique offerings in kids’ apparel, kids’ accessories, decorative home wares, art and more, right in time for Christmas and the summer holidays.

    Featured in the first week are Feather Drum, Sophie Lou’s Prints, Harpa’s Nest, Billie The Kid, Maria Harding and Little Edge Apparel.

    Featured in the second week are Kumu Kids, Keton Kids, Miss Lilly, Stok Denim, Hello Little One and Chalked Threads.
