Or you may just want to relax and be sent off into a beautiful relaxed meditative state.

Kinesiology – Elaine can help your body come back to a balanced state. The aim is to be nutritionally, chemically, emotionally and physically in balance. She also uses muscle testing to see which foods, inhalants or contactants may be stressing your body and causing allergies and sensitivities. See www.nhk.com.au for more info.

Naturopathy – Jayne’s aim as a Naturopath is to assist people to experience better health and vitality through nutrition and herbal medicines. By taking a detailed case history and utilising various diagnostic testing as needed, Jayne aims to find the underlying obstacles to vital health unique to each person.

Iridology – is a way to understand where our strengths and weaknesses are in our bodies at a particular time. By understanding what body systems are performing poorly we can support those areas through nutrition, herbs and/or energy medicines before clinical disease arises.
