Children stretch and strengthen their bodies and minds through yoga action stories, games, sensory experiences and relaxation activities appropriate to each age group. Parents and carers participate in MiniBugs, but are invited to share end-class relaxation with older kids.
Enrol for January school holiday and Term 1 classes now:
* MiniBugs for Toddlers (walking – 2 years)
* MightyBugs for Preschoolers (3 – 5 years)
* Yoga’d Up for School Kids (5 – 12 years)
