Yogagalates is a great way for mums to get in shape. You will strengthen your core postural muscles, emphasising your abs and pelvic floor muscles. With the added weight of carrying your bady, prams & groceries, you need to learn to avoid common strains and injury.
We do our classes on the lawn, overlooking the beach. For toddlers, there is a park. However, child care is not provided.
There is a beachfront cafe and local restaurant that provide our students with discounts, in case you want to stay and socialise with other mums.
There are also a few studio evening classes.
