    Body Yoga Berwick offers prenatal yoga classes taught by specialised, prenatal yoga teachers who understand the needs of pregnant women. Prenatal yoga classes can be attended from the 13th week of pregnancy right up to the birth of baby. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to build strength and stamina as well as provide support for common aches and pains often associated with pregnancy.Pregnancy classes are taught in our fully equipped Berwick Yoga Studio, a supportive and nourishing environment for our “Mums to Be” to celebrate and share their pregnancy. We also offer on going pre and post natal workshops to further support and educate.
