Happy Days Health & Fitness is all about having fun, keeping fit, working hard and connecting with others in your community.
We offer Mums and Bubs – pre and postnatal fitness, as well as Bootcamps sessions for both men and women where babies and children will not be present.
Our Bootcamp sessions are designed with every fitness level in mind, from a beginner level to an advanced level. We will not yell at you military style, however we will push you to your limits in a non-threatening way to ensure you get the results you want!
Our Mums and Bubs sessions are designed with every type of mum in mind. Mums to be, mums with young babies, mums with toddlers and older children, mums with children at school, fit mums, unfit mums and mums just getting back into it after giving birth. You name it, we have a session for you. We pride our sessions on being very flexible and versatile for everyone involved!
We encourage and welcome babies, toddlers and older children to come along and workout with mum. Mums will have the option to involve babies older than three months in her workout. This allows wonderful bonding time between mum and bub as well as proving a developmentally enriching experience for baby.
Both our mums and bubs sessions and bootcamp sessions are limited to 8 people per session, which enables us to provide regular assessments and help set goals for yourself. This keeps all participants, motivated and focused, as well as being able to feel a sense of accomplishment once they reach their goals.
