    Parents in the Park runs Postnatal Outdoor Group Fitness Training sessions for busy Mums living in Sydney.

    Our postnatal group fitness sessions are fun, effective and a great way to meet other Mums who are in the same situation as you.

    Although we provide “group” training, we are very focused on the individual needs of each of our members.

    Before your first postnatal session with us, we discuss your individual circumstances, to figure out what it is you hope to achieve with your post-baby body.

    With a nanny available at each session, you can bring your new born with you and take part in our postnatal training sessions without having to worry about finding your own nanny or child care.

    Currently Parents in the Park run Mums & Bubs postnatal group fitness sessions in Rushcutters Bay, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Paddington, Darlinghurst, Potts Point and Sydney CBD.

    If you would like to start training with Parents in the Park in a location that doesn’t currently exist, then just get in touch with us and we would be happy to discuss the option of starting a new postnatal fitness group close to your home.
