    Parents in the Park runs Postnatal Outdoor Group Fitness Training sessions for busy Mums living in Sydney.

    Our postnatal group fitness sessions are fun, effective and a great way to meet other Mums who are in the same situation as you.

    Although we provide “group” training, we are very focused on the individual needs of each of our members.

    Before your first postnatal session with us, we discuss your individual circumstances, to figure out what it is you hope to achieve with your post-baby body.

    With a nanny available at each session, you can bring your new born with you and take part in our postnatal training sessions without having to worry about finding your own nanny or child care.

    Currently Parents in the Park run Mums & Bubs postnatal group fitness sessions in Rushcutters Bay, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Paddington, Darlinghurst, Potts Point and Sydney CBD.

    If you would like to start training with Parents in the Park in a location that doesn’t currently exist, then just get in touch with us and we would be happy to discuss the option of starting a new postnatal fitness group close to your home.

      I love going to PITP! I’ve been going for nearly 4 months and I have lost my baby weight! They’ve also helped me with my diet as well. I’m feeling great!

      The nannies are lovely and it’s a great way to meet other mums. I always look forward to the coffee after.

      It’s very social and a fantastic way to get fit! I’m so glad I decided to give it a go!

      I look forward to every PITP session, the workout is always challenging, the other mums are good fun and the nannies make it easy to get a great workout with your Bub close by. Cam and Rob are great, they make the sessions really fun and really challenging but always give you options to work within your range. I’ve been training with PITP since my bub was 5 months old (I had a c-section) and have noticed a huge improvement in fitness and toning and it gave me the confidence to start running again. They really make it easy to get fit and have some fun while you’re doing it! Highly recommend it!

      I started training with Parents in the Park about 7 weeks after my little boy was born and have absolutely loved it! The classes are fun and a great way to meet other mums in the area. Rob pushes you within your own limits and I am really happy with the results! The nannies are fantastic and starting the day at Rushcutters Bay is a bonus! I highly recommend you give the classes a go.

      I was worried that a ‘mums and bubs’ class might not challenge me physically but Parents in the Park will certainly push you if you can handle it, while still making sure you aren’t going without the bounds of what is advisable post pregnancy.

      The nannies are always great and let you focus on the work out. From weeks 4 – 8 post partum I’ve lost five kg (thanks also to their ‘eat clean’ dietary advice) and I’m working on a few more…

We love the sessions outside in the park and my little girl loves being entertained by the nanny. The other mums are all so nice and friendly too.       For someone not used to much exercise I’ve become a “boot camp convert”! I’ve been going for a few months now and feel fantastic from the exercise.
      I love that I can drop off my baby with the nannies and do something for myself… The Parents in the Park trainers are great and the other mum’s are lovely too! Highly recommend!

      I joined ‘Parents in the Park’, 3 months after having a baby. It was a great way to lose ‘baby weight’ as well as to meet other mums.
      The sessions are fun, motivating and and a great workout. The added benefit of having a nanny meant that you could bring your baby and train regardless of their sleep schedules! Highly recommend this to mums!

      Parents in the Park was certainly more than it’s title would suggest! It was great to have a run around, ‘pump’ some weights and have a laugh but I also really loved the judgement-free workout with other Mums who understood every aspect of my world.

      Indi and I both felt completely comfortable and well looked after at the sessions, whilst also having a fabulous time.

      It really is the ultimate for a busy Mum who is looking for physical and emotional wellbeing, with a bit of a giggle too!

      I joined Parents in the Park 12 weeks after the birth of my first child. It was a great way for me to meet other mums in the area. The sessions were perfect for me to fit some exercise into my week and I knew my daughter was in good hands with the nanny nearby.

      They take a very personal approach to each mum’s abilities and thanks to their help I’ve not only been able to shift the ‘baby weight’ but I’m eating much healthier than before.

      I would definitely recommend Parents in the Park to any Mums who are looking to get back into a regular training program after the baby has arrived.

      I really enjoy being outdoors to exercise and I was surprised at what I could achieve in just 45 minutes.
      I love Parents in the Park because the sessions are effective and fun and the memberships are much more flexible than my old gym membership.
      The nannies are very helpful and it means I can focus on my workout while i’m there. Highly recommended.

      The trainers at Parents in the Park are absolutely fantastic. I wasn’t sure outdoor training was going to be for me as I have always preferred gyms. As soon as I joined Parents in the Park I could see why my friend had recommended them. The nanny service is fantastic as well as it allows me to just focus on the workout. I would definitely endorse Parents in the Park for any new Mums like me!
